Daily Circle
Every day at noon we all gather around to answer two questions: a no-hesitation either-or statement and an open-ended prompt to engage our team and learn more about each other. By stimulating brief, round robin conversations, we can encourage the growth of our mindsets and observe the diverse, well-rounded qualities of all members.
