Role Description
Role will involve sourcing ways for InstaHub to improve the community in which it operates as well as reaching out to local organizations for philanthropic endeavors. Ideal candidates have strong communication and people skills as they will be contacting and working with external forces. They should also have strong organizational skills in order to present these opportunities to other team members.
Responsibilities
Assist in the research and identification of potential grant funders
Assist with writing and editing of proposals for grant applications
Retrieve and assemble background information for grant proposals
Assist in tracking the grants process by maintaining files and other administrative tasks
Comply with all grant reporting as required by foundation/corporate donors
Participate in community outreach and networking events
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Is organized
Has excellent written and/or verbal communication skills
Is passionate about learning
Has a growth mindset
Has some experience using Google Sheets
