Role Description
Role will involve working heavily on InstaHub’s supply chain. This will include finding new supply sources, working out delivery and storage logistics, etc. Ideal candidates have excellent organizational skills as they will be expected to handle several moving parts at once. They should also be an independent worker as the nature of this position may involve a lot of independent research.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Oversee inventory procedures & forecast future requirements for suppliers
Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery) & drive continuous improvement
Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards
Assist with forecasting, inventory planning, scheduling, purchasing, and new product development
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills
Is organized
Has excellent written and/or verbal communication skills
Is passionate about learning
Has a growth mindset
Has some experience using Google Sheets
