Role Description
Provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. ... Communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as most of this job involves customer support. Ideal candidates have background knowledge of sales, people skills and related topics.
Responsibilities
Manage the social media calendar.
Brainstorm campaign ideas.
Post on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Attending bi-weekly meetings with the head of HR to provide feedback on the experience
Attending weekly all-team meetings to present about progress towards learning and SMART goals
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
Creative mindset.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a team.
Has experience using Google Sheets
