Role Description

create paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and “frequently asked questions” pages to help technical support staff, consumers, and other users within Instahub. Ideal candidates will be earning a degree in technical writing or related fields. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the social media calendar.

  • Brainstorm campaign ideas.

  • Post on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

  • Attending bi-weekly meetings with the head of HR to provide feedback on the experience

  • Attending weekly all-team meetings to present about progress towards learning and SMART goals

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.

  • Creative mindset.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Has experience using Google Sheets
