Every day at noon, we all gather around to answer 2 questions: a no-hesitation either-or statement and an open-ended prompt to engage our team and learn more about each other. By stimulating brief, round-robin conversations, we can encourage the growth of our mindsets and observe the diverse, well-rounded qualities of all members.

To gain a more holistic view of the professional world, we seek out “Experts in Residence” as a way to diversify our knowledge of various fields and hear testimonies about how they have prospered and what they have learned.
