Role Description
Role will involve facilitating educational materials for other InstaHub employees. Interns will work with multiple teams to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate growth methods. Ideal candidates have very strong communication skills and excellent organization skills.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Head of HR with creating a valuable learning experience for the interns
Assisting the Head of HR with keeping track of intern progress toward learning goals
Reviewing the midterm intern surveys and provide key feedback points to the Head of HR
Attending bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the Head of HR
Attending weekly all-team meetings to present about progress towards learning and project goals
Attending weekly HR meetings
Qualifications
Is a self-starter
Is organized
Works efficiently
Is able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Is reliable
Is willing to learn and make mistakes
