Role Description
Role will involve finding ways to improve the local community and engage other InstaHub employees in community projects. Interns will source ways to interact with and leave a positive mark on the Philadelphia community. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills as well as strong people management skills.
Responsibilities
Attending bi-weekly meetings with the head of HR to provide feedback on the experience
Attending weekly all-team meetings to present about progress towards learning and SMART goals
Qualifications
Is a self-starter
Is organized
Works efficiently
Is able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Is reliable
Is willing to learn and make mistakes
